Where are you located?
We are located in Poland, that's part of the European Union.

How do you ship?
We ship via Polish Post and a courier company. The regular shipping via the Polish Post doesn't provide tracking beyond the European Union in most cases. The courier method provides a faster delivery and tracking. In order to choose faster shipping add the "Courier Delivery" product to your cart. The payment method is via PayPal and the shipping is worldwide.

 
How long do I need to wait for my package? When will the item ship?
Ready-to-ship (RTS) products are ready to be sent right away. As all of our items are handmade, they require up to one week to be created. Please allow 2 to 14 days for the package to reach you (Working time not included). Your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

What currency are you selling in?
At our shop we use the USD currency.

What are the sizes of the props?
Our shop offers newborn, sitter (6-12 months) and 18-24 months sizes. Our props should be used for photography purposes only. Please note that we cannot assure you that the product fits each baby perfectly, as they have various sizes. 

Is it possible to make custom orders?
Of course! We love making custom orders!

Do you offer wholesale?
If you are planning on making a bigger order at our shop, please do not hesitate to contact us for a discount code or a special offer just for you.
